Faux painters make . . . BRICKS!!!! A team of carpenters and faux painters are busy at work creating a very exciting children’s ministry space for us — Adventure Avenue. The train station, train tunnel, CARE-4U Coffee, fire house, bank, police station, hardware store and back-alley gallery are all underway. We’ve even got a back alley with the graffitied names of God. Just like kids, Adventure Ave continues to grow and change on a daily basis. Come and check it out this weekend — I guarantee it will be different from the last time you saw it.
While you’re checking out Adventure Avenue, introduce yourself to one of the 20+ new volunteers who just joined us for the FALL serving season. There’s no better place to serve then in TGA!
New volunteers and returning volunteers will also want to explore this webpage further. You’ll find your team schedules, a photo of the TGA Libertyville staff team and a leader’s calendar, among other things.
